What is a Classic car?

Unlike the previous definitions used with Historic Vehicle Tax (pre 1973) we felt it shouldn't be a fixed value and hence we consider it as a broad term often used to describe any older car. We always look on to creating an ever expanding classic category and have created our categories with expansion in mind. Modern and future classic will always apply to the upper age brackets of vehicles, but as time passes, these brackets move.
